Abstract/Summary Static adsorption capacity was measured for three different proteins: human immunoglobulin gamma, human serum albumin and horse skeletal muscle myoglobin. Eight commercial chromatographic materials were tested: FractoGel EMD SE HiCap (M), SP Sepharose Fast Flow, S Ceramic HyperD F, MabSelect, rProtein A Sepharose Fast Flow, Poros 50A High Capacity, ProSep –vA High Capacity and MEP HyperCel. The adsorption capacity was measured at pH values of 4.0, 5.0, 6.0, 7.0 and 8.0.
