Abstrakt / Summary Na porovnanie vlastnost√≠ kvasiniek Saccharomyces spp. ako potenci√°lnych producentov etanolu bolo pouŇĺit√Ĺch 6 kmeŇąov, a to: zbierkov√Ĺ kmeŇą CCY 21-4-26 zo zbierky CH√ö CCHV SAV Bratislava, liehovarn√≠cky kmeŇą LH 02/2, vin√°rsky kmeŇą RIVE V 10-13-6, pivovarn√≠cky kmeŇą W 96 a izol√°ty z pek√°rskeho droŇĺdia dom√°cej (OHF Trenńć√≠n) i zahranińćnej v√Ĺroby (Alltech). Uveden√© kmene boli porovnan√© na z√°klade zistenia nasleduj√ļcich vlastnost√≠: skvasovanie mono-, di- a trisacharidov, rast a ferment√°cia pri vyŇ°Ň°ej teplote (36 ¬įC), odolnosŇ• vońći externe pridan√©mu etanolu v kombin√°cii so zv√ĹŇ°en√≠m teploty, parametre ferment√°cie na gluk√≥ze, sachar√≥ze a ich zmesi, rast a ferment√°cia s vysokou pońćiatońćnou koncentr√°ciou suŇ°iny buniek (cca 50 a 90 g/l).
